Important: Note that Grandstream phones do not properly support dialog events, which causes certain features, such as Call Park and Directed Call Pickup to not work properly. This might get fixed in a future firmware release of the phone.

Desktop Phones

Grandstream BudgeTone BT-101/102 Phones

The Grandstream BudgeTone phone is a solid entry level phone with one line appearance and a reasonable number of features. Don't expect much from the speaker phone though as its echo cancellation capability is not of high quality. The Grandstream phone supports a large range of different codecs, including the G.722 wide-band codec. It also supports Message Waiting Indication (MWI) in conjunction with the sipX media server.

Grandstream GXP-2000 Enterprise Phones

The GXP-2000\ is Grandstream's new low-cost Enterprise SIP phone. It is very similar in terms of features and functionality as compared to the BT-101/102 series phones, however, the GXP-2000 supports up to 4 lines, offers speed dial keys and has an enhanced look & feel.

For the upcoming release 3.2 the Grandstream provisioning interface has been totally reworked. All the different Grandstream devices (phones and HanyTone adaptors) are now fully supported with all their parameters and lines. The current development branch (release 3.1) already includes these capabilities.

Grandstream GXV-3000 Video Phones

The GXV-3000 is supported as a plug & play managed device starting in sipX release 3.6. Remote reboot is not supported.
