Configuration:
1. yum install sipxcustomcallerid
2. service sipxconfig restart
3. in Features > Custom Caller ID, Settings tab enable custom caller id
4. In DNIS tab upload csv file with wanted rules
Csv file should have following format:
from,to
200,TEST1
201,TEST2
202,TEST3
where you need to add in "from" column your extensions and in "to" column the value to rewrite caller id with
5. place call between extensions specified in csv file
