With sipXecs version 4.2 and up administrators now have the ability to modify the format and text of voicemail-email notification messages sent to end users. To customize your settings you will need to copy the following contents into the file /etc/sipxpbx/sipxivr/EmailFormats.properties

This file may need to be created if it does not exist. Please note the case sensitivity of the filename.

After making your changes restart the sipxivr service from the server services panel in sipxconfig.
