- service sipxecs stop
- ps -ef | grep sipx
- Kill all processes owned by sipx that are still running - cfengine as one example
- kill -9 above processes identified
- service mongod stop
- rm -rf /var/lib/mongodb/*
- sipxecs-setup --reset-all
